    It works!

    I am an insomniac, so I have so much trouble getting to bed before 4am. I have tried sooooo many different sleeping supplements and almost nothing works. I drank one of these 6 Hour Sleep shots last night before bed and let me tell you.... I fell asleep within 45 minutes! I did wake up once, but that was only because I needed to check on my new puppy. This product actually works, it tastes great, and it's natural. I love it would 100% recommend!

    Super Cool Stuff

    Pros: worked, no groggy feeling in the morning Cons: tart taste like energy drinks When these bottles arrived I thought they were so cool. They are just like the little energy drinks that you get at the gas station. I was really interested to see if they would work and if I would feel groggy in the morning. I have trouble sleeping at night as it is and have tried many types of sleep aids. Some I have had success with and others I have not. When I took my first sip of this I realized they taste just like energy drinks. Energy drinks have a distinguishable flavor. I find them to be very tart and you have to sip them. If you drink energy drinks you would understand, if not, you will find out. I prefer to drink these cold and with a straw. The first night I drank these I made a note to take them extra early so I would be able to notice if I felt sleepy. Sure enough about 20-30 minutes later I was ready for bed and could hardly keep my eyes open. I sleep good and was surprised to not feel groggy or a hung over effect in the morning. I struggle with sleep aids causing me to hardly being able to get up in the morning. I did not have this will the 6 Hour Sleep. I was happy about that. So far I have taken about half the pack and have continued to have the same success. Now that I know this product works for me I am happy to know I can grab it when I need it

    Very Good for mild Insomnia!

    I have mild insomnia and need help to fall asleep. I tried Advil pm and Tylenol pm but they give me "restless legs" same does ZZquil! so i decided to try this and see how it went. I gotta admit, I love this Sleep GOODNESS! it helped me fall asleep right away but i did not wake up groggy or tired as i usually do. The mango yumminess is good too! lol.I would really highly recommend this to anyone with mild insomnia.

    This has become my new travel companion! I travel internationally for work frequently and it's usually just for a day or two so acclimating to the time change isn't an option. I used to use plain melatonin because it doesn't knock me flat out like some of the prescription options and I wake up feeling fresh and not groggy. The problem is melatonin only lasts 5 hours at best and I wake up in the middle of the night/morning to pop another one so I can get a full 8-9 hours of sleep. 6 hour sleep is better than that, I'm consistently getting 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep and waking up clear headed. I'm very happy with the purchase and will be keeping a supply on hand for my travels.

    Absolutely does what it says. Had one of the best night's sleep in years. Went to sleep quickly and woke up well rested with NO groggy feeling. To me that's key. The best part is how good I've been feeling after about a week of taking it nightly. Has to be due to the ingredients in it. My mind is more focused, I have more energy and my skin hasn't looked better. Before I forget, the flavor is also good.

    This is AMAZING!!! Best nights sleep I have had in a long time and I woke up refreshed and ready to go. The flavor is delicious too, I almost wanted to drink another one it was so good.
